Grounding

After we find out about the basics of ESD and EOS the most important things you need to know is about grounding, grounding this is the world's best land, well here I will expose the types of grounding that everyday without us even realizing there near us and in the industrialized world is vital to the smooth running of the productivity and the prevention of damage to electronic components.

There are two kinds of grounding is used in industry and in the home, namely :

1. Grounding for a voltage leak (EOS)

This grounds function to remove or neutralize a voltage leak on instruments or tools, both used in the industrialized world or that is used in everyday life. for example if in our homes, we often see an embedded underground cable that is usually under electric meters in front of our House, well that is the grounding for all existing equipment in our homes, for it is recommended to use the stop contact as shown below :

Do so will avoid any voltage leak that flowed on the surface of the body or instrument or household appliances we use line voltage for operation, if not using the stop contact as shown above, then it will happen that we often call "stung".

2. Grounding Electrostatic (ESD)
